When should I make a reservation?
We guarantee a reservation with at least 7 day notice, (Does NOT apply to Holidays schedule). If you are trying to book a trip less than a week in advance we would be happy to help, but we could not guarantee that there would be room available. When should I book for Holiday travel?
We usually experience more reservations during major holiday breaks, i.e. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break. Unfortunately we do tend to book out during these times. Due to these requests we recommend booking as far in advance as possible.
Where do I go to get picked up at DFW?
We offer different pick up locations at each terminal. Please call 254-772-0430 for instructions on where to meet your Driver at D/FW Airpoirt.
Where do I go to get picked up at Love Field?
Once you have your luggage please plan on meeting us at the Hotel/Shuttle pick up location at the lower level of Love Field. Once on the lower level, look for green signage with Hotel/Shuttle Pick Up written across.
What is the procedure once I land?
Very simple. Give us a call at the office, 254-772-0430. This way we can coordinate with the driver to better serve you.
How much time do you recommend I need to arrive at my gate?
We follow the TSA recommendations for travel time. So plan your trip with a 2 hour buffer when traveling domestic and 3 hours when traveling international. Be sure to give yourself plenty of time when booking the best shuttle time. If your flight leaves at 10:00 am, you would need to leave Waco by 6:00 am. (2 hours for travel, and 2 hours at the airport before your flight departure time.)
What is the process for booking a reservation?
You can make your online reservation and payment through our BOOK NOW button. Just click on what type of trip you are taking (one-way or round trip) and fill in the necessary information. Upon completion and payment you will receive an email receipt and confirmation!
What if my flight is delayed?
We understand that flights are delayed and sometimes canceled. What we guarantee is a spot on our next available shuttle that is scheduled. If that doesn’t work we can look into each situation case by case and try to come up with the best solution. Although if our drivers are held over after normal business hours our shuttle service would automatically be considerd AFTER HOURS (read below After Hours Services) and a additional $50 fee per passenger would be charged.
How much is home pick up/drop off?
We offer a great home pick up and drop off service that can be added on to any trip. For only $10 more (each direction) we will pick you up from any location within a 10 mile radius of our office. Prices do vary outside of our pick up radius, give us a call for more information at your specific address. For pick ups at apartment complexes please be ready at the main office.
What time should I be ready for home pick up?
Please be prepared for pick up 15 minutes before your scheduled pick up. Do to demand and scheduled departure time we may start home pick ups an hour before our scheduled departure time. Due to the nature of our business, and having multiple passengers and pick up locations if you are not at your designated pick up location on time we cannot wait for you. We appreciate your understanding with this matter.

Do you offer Charter services?
Yes! We would love to accommodate your group! Whether it is a day trip around Waco, exploring our wonderful city, or catching a flight with a large group we have multiple options that can accommodate your party. Please reach out to us so we can better guide you to the best transportation solution.
How many bags am I allowed to bring?
We allow three items at no additional cost. One checked bag, One carry on, and one backpack/personal item. If you are traveling with more than this per person, please let us know so that we can guarantee space on the shuttle for your items. If we do not have the necessary space without prior knowledge we would not be able to serve you on that shuttle and no refund would be given. Additional luggage cost $10 per item.
Do you allow pets to travel?
Yes! In addition service animals, we gladly will transport your beloved animal as long as they are accompanied by a passenger and are kept in an airline kennel. The cost for each animal is $30 each way.
What payments do you allow?
We accept all major Debit and Credit Cards at the time of reservation. In addition, we have invoice billing options for our corporate partners. What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 72 hrs. before your scheduled trip, a fee of $25 will be charged per passenger. If you cancel within 72 hrs. of your scheduled trip, no refund or credits will be provided. No shows are responsible for 100% of the trip fees.
Additional fees may apply if additional services or requests are made after the sale of reservation. Should I tip the driver?
Are your drivers safe?
All of our drivers have a clean Motor Vehicle Record and have gone without a ticket, or accident in at least the last 5 years. We also provide a 3 day professional training period for all new drivers. This way you can rest assured that they will get you to your destination safely and on time.
Do you offer services outside of your scheduled shuttle times? (After Hours Service)
Absolutely. We offer an AFTER HOURS service that guarantees your pick up and arrival after or before any of our scheduled shuttles. After hours is any time for service outside of our normally scheduled shuttle times. We offer our guaranteed service at an additional $50 per person, which would be a total of $139 per passenger.
Do you offer child discounts?
Yes. When a child is accompanied by an adult passenger. Fares for children under 12 are $25 per child each direction.
Is a reservation required?
Though we can accept same day or add on passengers, reservations are strongly encouraged. If we do not have a scheduled passenger for a shuttle we will cancel that shuttle. Please call us on any shuttle request less than 7 days in advance by phone or email.
Should I tip my driver?
Tipping is always encouraged though not required. Drivers are always thankful when passengers show their appreciate for quality service and skill. Driving on I-35 can be difficult at times, if you feel the driver did well, show them some love.
Charter trips do include a driver gratuity.

Driver Policy ?
zero tolerance any use or consumption of an intoxicating substance including but not limited to alcohol and narcotics is prohibited within the workplace and during working hours,should an employee be found to have traces of an intoxicating substance in their system and/or be under the influence of an intoxicating substance disciplinary action will be taken which could lead to possible dismissal.
